Qualifications
: - Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field Requirements : - Minimum 3 years of SMT process engineering experience in electronics manufacturing environment- Familiar with SMT equipment such as SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, and AOI
- Knowledge in SMT troubleshooting, process control, and quality improvement tools
- Familiar with IPC standards and manufacturing best practices
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
