We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead for our Toronto SME Commercial Risk Placement. In this role, you will be a senior resource and mentor to the team, while managing a book of commercial clients. You will be responsible for creating, securing, and delivering high‑quality insurance programs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Active Senior Resource for Commercial SME Risk Placement Brokers
• Handle file escalations
• Participate in the development and growth of individual team members
• Effectively service a book of assigned commercial clients
• Work effectively with Sales and Senior Account Managers
• Complete coverage gap analysis
• Effective cross‑selling and upselling
• Negotiating valued insurance programs for our commercial clients
