We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead for our Toronto SME Commercial Risk Placement. In this role, you will be a senior resource and mentor to the team, while managing a book of commercial clients. You will be responsible for creating, securing, and delivering high-quality insurance programs.

Primary Responsibilities
- Active Senior Resource for Commercial SME Risk Placement Brokers
- Handle files escalations
- Participate in the development and growth of individual team members
- Effectively service a book of assigned commercial clients
- Work effectively with Sales and Senior Account Managers
- Complete coverage gap analysis
- Effective cross selling and up selling
- Negotiating valued insurance programs for our commercial clients
