Job Description

The Best Connection are seeking an organised and proactive SME Co-Ordinator to support our client based in Fawley, Southampton. This is a predominantly office-based role with some time spent in the warehouse.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Support and coordinate the daily activities of the SME team.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Analyse SAP data and create reports using pivot tables and formulas.
  • Maintain MSDS records and support audit requirements.
  • Manage warehouse shelf-life checks and non-conformance investigations.
  • Compile and distribute cost reports.
  • Administer SAP records, goods receipting, and other warehouse administration.
  • Provide holiday cover for the Catalyst Controller.
