Smart Metering Programme Contract Lead

Talan in Dubai is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of the Smart Metering Programme. You will ensure compliance, manage supplier relationships and support variations and claims, acting as a liaison between vendors and the client to safeguard programme interests.

This role requires strong contract management in IT or infrastructure, knowledge of UAE procurement frameworks, and excellent negotiation and documentation skills.
