SM18513 Open Pit Mine Geologist

An established Australian gold producer is seeking an experienced Open Pit Geologist to join its mining operation in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a high-performing technical team at a growing gold operation.

Reporting to the Senior Mine Geologist, you will play a key role in delivering accurate grade control, ore reconciliation, geological mapping, and production support to ensure safe and efficient mining operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Open Pit Mine Geologist or Grade Control Geologist role.
• Gold mining experience within hard rock operations.
• Strong geological logging, mapping, and sampling skills.
• Experience with geological software such as Leapfrog, Micromine, Vulcan, or Datamine (highly regarded).
• A current Manual C-Class Driver's Licence.
