Qualification: CA(Finalist)/ACCA(Qualified)/CMA(Qualified)/MBA (Finance)
Experience: 05–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in mall, real estate, or property management and strong experience in receivables management and recovery
Reports To: CFO / CEO/ GM

SECTION-2: JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Manager Accounts, Finance & Recovery is responsible for overseeing the complete financial, accounting, and recovery operations of the mall. The role ensures proper financial controls, timely revenue recovery from tenants, compliance with Pakistan's statutory and tax requirements, and accurate financial reporting to management.
