Slinger

CPCS Slinger required on a busy site to assist in some lifts of materials on a construction site in the SW area of London.

Main duties:

* Directing Lifting Operations

* Attaching and Detaching Loads

* Selecting and Using Equipment

* Assessing Lifting Conditions

* Collaborating with the Lifting Team

* Safety Monitoring

* Equipment Inspection

Must Haves:

* CPCS Licence card

* Strong communication and observation skills to effectively guide crane operators

* High awareness of health and safety regulations and ability to identify potential risks

* Ability to interpret lift plans and calculate load weights accurately

* Teamwork and coordination

* Attention to detail and the ability to remain focused under pressure
