The Apprenticeship Advisor position involves collaborating with local industry, stakeholders, and Indigenous communities to remove barriers to apprenticeship continuation. You will foster relationships while also offering tailored support to apprentices facing challenges. Engaging with employers, learners, and training providers will further benefit program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with sponsors to improve apprenticeship rates
• Engage with Indigenous communities to increase program access
• Conduct outreach to apprentices in need of support
• Provide complex scenario advice to apprentices and sponsors
• Contribute to the crafting of communications resources
