We are seeking a dedicated window shade mounter to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble parts for boats using various tools and machinery. Key skills include reading blueprints, monitoring machinery, and ensuring product quality and specifications during the assembly process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble prefabricated parts into final products
• Monitor and operate machines for part fabrication
• Check for defects and report deviations
• Clean and maintain the work area
• Design and develop production tools and procedures
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• WHMIS Certificate required
• Proficient with gauges, micrometers, and CNC machines
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to handle weights up to 50 lbs
