The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 2 years of experience with roofing installations, including built-up, single-ply, and shingle roofing systems. You will be working outdoors in physically demanding conditions and supervising a small team, ensuring high-quality installations and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install built-up roofing systems using asphalt and gravel
• Replace asphalt shingles and masonry tiles on sloped roofs
• Apply waterproof coatings on surfaces
• Estimate costs and required materials accurately
• Supervise a team of 3-4 workers during projects
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant roofing experience
