Experienced Primers and Finishers needed for multiple projects in and around Nanaimo.

Are you frustrated with having your hourly rate capped? We provide employees the ability to profit from their hard work .

Starting rate for an experienced painter is based on skill level and will be determined after a short trial period.

Skilled painters have the opportunity to work at piece work rates, allowing them to earn more than their set hourly rate on certain projects. (Top performers have earned anywhere from $35-$50 per hour project dependent)

Responsibilities

• Experienced in use of spray equipment for priming
• Efficient back rolling and ceiling finishing
• Strong trim-prep skills
• Able to brush or roll trim with a clean, smooth spray-like finish
• Clean caulking lines
• Can properly fill nail holes and small cracks
