Skilled Operator - Nights

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Skilled Machine Operator to join our diverse, friendly and passionate Production Team at Yeo Valley Newton Abbot. This is one of our largest production sites and offers the opportunity to play an important part in helping us deliver high‑quality products to our customers across the UK. The role will be based in our Hygiene and Production team on the nights shift. The shift pattern is 4 nights on, 4 nights off, working 18:00 to 06:00.

Key Responsibilities

• Embrace Health & Safety and Quality requirements.
• Pack well‑known products.
• Operate a wide variety of machinery (filling, packing, forming or CNC).
• Demonstrate a commitment to delivery, lead by example and complete paperwork accurately.
• Apply current GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Take apart, clean and rebuild production equipment.
• Perform any other duties as reasonably required.
