Skilled labourer

Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer for a contractual role based in Stevenage. The successful candidate will be involved in social housing voids, working both independently on simpler tasks and collaboratively with a multi-trader on more complex projects within the same property. The role offers an excellent opportunity to engage in ongoing work, with a start date on Tuesday. The work environment requires adaptability and the ability to handle varied tasks efficiently, ensuring high standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout.

Must have previous experience as a Skilled Labourer

No CSCS card required

Relevant PPE is essential

Experience working in social housing environments advantageous

Ability to work both independently and with a multi-trader team

Good communication skills and reliability
