Job Description
This role supports residential and modular construction projects within a manufacturing environment. As a Skilled Laborer, you will assist with a variety of construction, installation, and production tasks, working alongside carpenters, assemblers, and other trades to help deliver high-quality building components safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the construction and assembly of wall panels, floor systems, and roof structures.
- Perform a variety of general labor duties including material handling, loading, unloading, staging, and site organization.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to support construction and production activities.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications and work instructions.
