What You’ll Do
Attend residential properties for assessments, service calls, and maintenance appointments.
Inspect overall condition and note recommended repairs.
- Take clear photos and videos.
- Install lockboxes and confirm access details.
- Complete general repairs and maintenance work.
- Create or recommend additional work orders for follow‑up repairs.
- Return to properties to complete approved work orders.
Provide clear updates, including notes, photos, videos, and details of completed work.
- Communicate professionally with tenants, owners, and internal team members.
- Identify when a licensed trade is required and elevate accordingly.
