Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and a dedication to safety in high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Rake and spread asphalt mixes to specified grades
• Achieve precise joint matching for existing surfaces
• Tamp and smooth joints for optimal adhesion
• Address defects post-tamping or rolling
• Participate actively in safety program meetings
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of asphalt raking experience
• Reliable transportation and CSA-approved steel-toed boots
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and nights
• Physically fit to lift 20 lbs or more
