Benesch is proud to partner with BufferSprings to offer a SkillBridge opportunity for transitioning service members who are pursuing or have completed a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline. This full-time, immersive internship is designed to prepare you for a long-term career in construction project leadership. As a Construction Management Intern through SkillBridge, youll get direct exposure to live infrastructure projects while learning to manage complex construction operations, engage with contractors and agencies, and apply your military leadership skills in a civilian project environment.
