Store Manager | Supplement King Sunridge | Full-Time, Weekdays
Run a store like it's your own. Base pay + performance bonuses.
We're looking for a sales-driven operator who wants to own every number in their store — revenue, team development, customer experience. Strong performers earn bonuses through our performance program tied to average ticket values.
THE ROLE
Hands‑on leadership. You're on the floor selling alongside your team, coaching in the moment, and running daily operations.
- Lead by example — sell on the floor, coach your team, drive ticket values
- Hire, train, and develop a team of 4 part‑time advisors
- Own your store's sales targets, inventory, scheduling, and presentation
- Build loyal repeat customers who trust your recommendations
- Execute community outreach, local marketing, and in‑store events
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday | 9:15 AM – 5:15 PM (~40 hrs/week)
