Site Warehouse Leader: Drive Ops, KPIs & People

Maersk is looking for a Warehouse Site Leader to manage daily operations at the Cofradía site in Colombia. This role is essential for operational excellence and driving a culture of performance. You will oversee a team including 3 direct reports and over 70 indirect employees, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and implementing improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and more than 7 years of experience in warehouse operations. Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making skills are crucial for this role.
