Your new role
As Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of highways maintenance and improvement works across Northamptonshire. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme and quality requirements.
Supervise site teams, operatives and subcontractors on active highways projects
Ensure all works are delivered in line with health, safety and environmental standards
Carry out site inspections, audits and quality checks
