Take charge as a Site Supervisor for electrical projects across British Columbia. Focus on managing daily construction activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.
This role involves direct coordination of on-site construction, working closely with site crews and serving as the main contact for clients and subcontractors. You will ensure that all projects adhere to timelines while promoting a strong safety culture and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate on-site construction for compliance
• Mentor site crews and encourage teamwork
• Submit daily crew timesheets accurately
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors
• Document and report safety incidents
Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or Journeyperson Electrician
• Minimum of 5 years in construction industry
• Clean class 5 driver’s license
• Familiarity with Technical Safety BC requirements
