- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
- Allocate tasks to workers and ensure productivity and quality standards are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Conduct daily site inspections and report work progress to the Project Manager.
- Identify and resolve site issues related to manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming construction materials and equipment.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage, loss, or theft.
