Site Supervisor (BSC)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise work closely with subcontractors within the scheduled timeline
• Ensure subcontractors execute their works accordingly to the industrial standards and contract specifications
• Assist in project defects and rectifications
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess Minimum a Certificate in Building Supervision or relevant discipline
• Experience in HDB BSC Operation would be an advantage
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin-speaking residents/associates in regards with the maintenance matters)
