About the Role
£31,000 as a basic salary + 3 % Bonus + Benefits Can be based at our locations in Bristol or Exeter. Working patterns Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 with some need to take calls evening and weekends. What will I be doing as a Site Supervisor?
The site supervisor will be responsible to ensure efficient deployment of staff and resources and promoting recycling and diversion from landfill initiatives.
This is a hybrid role, so key responsibilities include :
Day to day management of the on-site teams - including recruitment, management and provision of PPE, attendance management, and performance management.
