About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established Halifax-based developer with a growing portfolio of mixed‑use and commercial properties across the region. They are seeking a hands‑on Site Superintendent to oversee the day‑to‑day execution of commercial fit‑up and renovation projects within their local portfolio.

Working closely with the Project Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating site activities, managing trades and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being actively involved on‑site and takes pride in delivering well‑executed projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
