Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support platform activities within AWS environments
- Analyse system performance and ensure platform stability and reliability
- Handle incident and problem management:
- Investigate incident/problem tickets
- Identify root causes
- Provide effective solutions and ensure resolution (using tools like ServiceNow / Columbus)
- Develop fixes and enhancements using Java and microservices architecture
