SRE – Site Reliability Engineer

We are currently seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Job Responsibilities Perform Level 1.5 support activities such as monitoring, deployment, and rollback. Monitor the efficiency of Azure cloud systems to prevent outages and initiate Incident Management bridges during outages. Troubleshoot Azure resources and expedite escalation to Level 3 (Software Development Team) when necessary. Coordinate with a 24/7 operations team; shift rotations may occur every month or every two months. Required Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud; Azure Fundamentals certification is ideal or a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
