Job Description
s :
Handle land and building tax payments, verify assessments, and resolve discrepancies with authorities and landlords.Prepare monthly tax and rental expense reports, including outstanding and accrual items for budgeting and accounting.Manage rental payments for base stations (new, renewals, changes) ensuring accuracy with contracts and payment methods.Monitor unclaimed checks and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve before expiration.
Maintain and update Master Vendor and Book Bank data to ensure accuracy and reduce risk.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Computer, or related fields.3 – 5 years of experience in administrative work.Proficiency in MS Office.Good communication and coordination skills.Recruiter
