About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee the installation of windows and doors on a school project. This is a fast-paced, safety-critical environment, so you’ll need strong site leadership, great communication with school staff, and a focus on compliance, programme, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership: Be the main point of contact on site for the client, main contractor, and Actaris teamProgramme & Delivery: Plan daily activities to meet the project programme. Coordinate installers, materials, and deliveriesH&S & Compliance: Enforce RAMS, toolbox talks, PPE, and DBS requirements. Ensure CSCS cards checked. Maintain a safe site around children, staff, and publicQuality Control: Inspect window/door installations to spec, manufacturer details, and Building Regs Part L / Part K.
