Overview
Site Manager – Brighton – ASAP Start!
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate the scheme to successful completion, liaising with the client, liaising with other trades (internal and external), and pushing the programme.
- Ensure the site is H & S compliant, track progress and ultimate delivery.
- Be IT literate and familiar with the required processes.
- Lead from the front and maintain a strong focus on safety and project delivery on a forthcoming academic refurbishment scheme in Brighton.
Qualifications
- Relevant project history with significant internal refurbishment knowledge.
- SMSTS & First aid at work required.
- Enhanced DBS required.
- Good communication, excellent H & S awareness and a willingness to lead from the front.
