Job Description
Our client are looking for a Site Manager to join their team in Sogndalsfjøra. They will be accountable for end-to-end operations, safety, availability and continuous improvement of a mission-critical data centre site. This leader owns all site operations including electrical and mechanical infrastructure, IT hardware operations, logistics, vendor/contractor management, customer engagement, and regulatory/compliance execution, while building and developing a high-performing operations organisation.
The role will establish the site operating model, hire and grow multi-disciplinary teams, create scalable processes and procedures, and lead capacity growth through expansions and upgrades.
