Equans is looking for a Site Manager to join our team at Venture House, Greasbrough Street, Rotherham S60 1RF. This is a permanent, full‑time role (40 hours per week) with an annual salary of £30,000.00 and a benefits package.
Shift Times
Monday to Friday – any 8 hours between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, with a 1‑hour unpaid lunch break.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day‑to‑day running and security of the site.
- Ensure all safeguarding requirements and relevant training are met.
- Lead a team of multi‑skilled caretakers to provide an exceptional service to all stakeholders.
- Provide efficient reactive and planned maintenance for the school, upholding standards outlined in the PFI Performance Management document.
- Manage Equans staff and all contractors/sub‑contractors on site, ensuring all health and safety procedures and policies are upheld.
