A growing regional contractor is looking to appoint a Site Manager to take day-to-day control of commercial projects across the South West. The business delivers schemes in the £1m£5m range and is expanding its operational team due to a strong secured pipeline. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys full ownership of their projects and wants to work in a business where decisions are made quickly. It would suit either, a proven Site Manager confident running £1m£5m schemes, or a Senior Site Manager seeking more autonomy and direct influence on delivery.
