The Site Manager (SM) serves as a coordinator for both the field teams and customers within the service support operations team, acting as the primary leader for specific contracts and business areas to provide world‑class support to our customers. Will collaborate with the Operations Managers, Reclaim Specialists, and Warehouse/Logistic/production teams to fulfill orders. The SM is responsible for assuring all inspection and support equipment is properly maintained and ready for immediate deployment as well as managing Reclaim Specialists assigned under them, to assure all internal and mobile applications projects are facilitated accurately in accordance with the specific contractual requirements of the application and to MT Reclaim procedures and best practices. Additionally, driving continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.
