Site Manager Residential Development (New Phase)
Are you a seasoned Site Manager who thrives on taking full ownership of a project? We are looking for a high:caliber Number 1 Site Manager to lead a brand:new phase of our existing flagship residential development.
The Role
As the lead Site Manager, you will report to the Contracts Manager but will have the autonomy to drive your phase forward. Youll be managing a fast:paced environment where quality, safety, and program adherence are non:negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Oversight: Leading the new phase as the designated Number 1 on:site.
- Sub:Contractor Management: Coordinating all trades to ensure the build program stays on track.
- Quality Control: Conducting rigorous inspections to maintain our reputation for high:spec finishes.
