Responsibilities Manage and oversee security contracts, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards Lead, train and supervise security personnel to maintain a high level of performance Conduct risk assessments and implement security measures to protect assets, personnel, and operations Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to enhance security strategies Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory and environmental compliance standards Prepare reports, incident logs, and operational updates for senior management Conduct investigations into security breaches and recommend corrective actions Preferred Qualifications, Attributes, and Skills PSIRA certification – Grade A.
