We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of an 8-week refurbishment project on a school in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing mainly interna refurbishment works packages
- Coordinate multiple subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
- Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Manage programme delivery and monitor progress against project timelines
- Maintain high quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications
- Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks and progress reporting
