Site Manager (Permanent) – Construction – Salary £45k-£50k plus car allowance. Based in Lincoln. The role is number1 site manager on a new build and refurbishment scheme valued up to £5m. This position has become available due to natural growth and project wins. The contractor has a reputation for delivering quality products and has an impressive trading history of over 50 years with many long‑term staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enforce Health and Safety
- Quality monitoring
- Subcontractor management
- Manage day‑to‑day activity
- Programme management
Qualifications
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
- Experience on new build and refurbishment projects
- Literacy and strong communication skills
- High standards of professionalism
