Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and review master construction programme and preparation of catch-up programme if applicable
- Monitor and supervise Engineers/foreman, ensure compliance of the qualify procedure & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors
- Preparation of detailed programme for site team to follow accordingly and complete on time
- Resolve drawing discrepancies and technical difficulties with technical team
- Preparation of detailed method statements and work instructions for construction
- Coordinate between Private Client / sub-contractors /inter-departments and monitor site manpower and resources to meet schedules
- Liaise with the Design team on the submission of related CSA & MEP works and technical issues
- Plan all works on site, including programme schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement usage etc
