Site Manager (Mechanical Refurbishment)
Location: Bournemouth
Duration: 6–8 Weeks
Hours: 10–11 Hour Shifts (Monday–Friday)
Rate: £325.50CIS
Alpha Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee a plant room refurbishment project in Bournemouth.
This is a hands-on management role overseeing the refurbishment and replacement of mechanical plant within a live environment. The successful candidate will coordinate subcontractors, ensure works are delivered safely, and maintain programme whilst working closely with the client and project team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day delivery of a mechanical plant room refurbishment.
* Coordinate mechanical subcontractors and specialist trades.
