This Site Manager's role is with one of the UK's leading Fit Out Contractors. They have an excellent reputation and fit out some of the well known food retailers. They are a diverse organisation covering most sectors of the built environment and this specific role is within their fit out and refurbishment division. Projects are varied ranging from £500k - £5m in the commercial, retail and public sector.

The Role

• Oversee all site activities and monitor progress.
• Ensure the effective close out of the project and that snagging commences as specified.
• Monitor and inspect the quality of work to ensure high standards of are achieved
• Keep up to date and complete site records
• Identify potential issues which will affect successful project delivery and take necessary action as appropriate.
