An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business. This vacancy has become available due to an internal promotion, reflecting the company's commitment to developing and progressing its employees.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving plant reliability, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime and maximise production efficiency.
This is a predominantly mechanical role (around 90%) , so we're looking for someone with a strong mechanical engineering background. Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics is highly desirable, along with a basic understanding of fault finding on control systems.
