Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist to manage data center operations and maintenance and ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of infrastructure systems and 100% uptime. Prepares SOP, MOP, EOP and WI
Prepare Change Management document for major activity and attends Change Advisory Board meeting
Develop a measured program based on Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
Escalate incidents and issues, adhering to incident process and procedure. Prepare incident report or root cause analysis report
Identify and carry out corrective and repair programs on electrical, mechanical, fire suppression and BMS, etc. Conduct annual review on end-of-life components
Conduct technical inspection for project hand-over process c/w defects. Participate in project testing and commissioning
Ensure new installation and maintenance of electrical equipment is safe, correct and complies with Suruhanjaya Tenaga's requirement
