The Site IT Lead position at Skeena Gold and Silver involves managing all IT operations at the Eskay Creek Mine. You will report directly to the IT Director and play a crucial role in ensuring system performance and compliance. This involves continuous monitoring improvements, decision-making for the IT team, and delivering exceptional user support to meet the site’s evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage key IT infrastructure and internet connectivity
• Handle escalations for technical support issues
• Provide on-site assistance and troubleshoot effectively
• Enhance monitoring capabilities and reporting tools
• Implement and coordinate various IT projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computing, or Computer Science
