Requirements
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of practical construction experience
- Strong background in residential construction, preferably high-end homes and bespoke projects
- Proven ability to independently run a construction site with minimal supervision
- Excellent understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and planning
- Strong procurement and materials management capabilities
- Ability to manage labour, subcontractors and suppliers effectively
- Sound knowledge of quality control and finishing standards
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Good computer literacy and reporting ability
- Stable employment history with traceable references
