PRC-licensed Civil Engineer

3-5 yrs residential or fit-out exp.

• Proficient in MS Office

AutoCAD knowledge - advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise residential & fit-out construction

• Monitor progress & on-schedule completion Coordinate with clients, reps & trades

Prepare cost estimates & material requisitions Submit daily/weekly reports & site docs

• Enforce safety & housekeeping standards
