- With his team, assures that the scope of work is executed with regard to HSE, quality, time, budget, quality and contractual requirements
- Demonstrate leadership and commitment to safety. Actively implement and promote the project HSE program.
- Encourage and motivate the site team (KVI and contractors) to work safely.
- Responsible for the safety of the KVI site team, and the safety performance of contractors under his control
- Represents Kanadevia Inova towards business partners
- Management of Supervisor functions in the team
- Monitoring of Construction schedule and elaboration and implementation of remedy measures in case of deviations
- Review of construction progress
- Monitors elaboration and provision of construction preparation documents and concepts
