Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout
• Manage schedules, budgets, and forecasts actively
• Coordinate closely with contractors and consultants
• Oversee change orders, RFIs, and progress draws
• Maintain strict quality and safety standards in execution
Requirements:
• Extensive experience on mid-rise or high-rise projects
• Proven leadership in large-scale construction environments
