Site Agent – Inverness Office, Full-time, Permanent. Nicol of Skene is a well-established civil engineering, multi‑utility and directional drilling construction company seeking an experienced and proactive Site Agent responsible for safe, efficient and profitable delivery of civil engineering and multi‑utility projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations across civil engineering and utility projects.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate labour, plant and materials effectively to maintain programme targets.
- Monitor progress against programme and report any delays or issues to management.
- Attend and lead site meetings with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture on site.
